I love the art of music! It has been with me since the beginning, and I can’t imagine life without it.

Whether I’m performing solo or with a band, I’m always excited to play my guitar for people.

The “big three” priorities in my life are family, ocean, and art—making the art of music a big part of my life!

Teaching

I enjoy teaching people of all ages and love watching musicians at all levels make progress in their guitar playing.

Everyone who plays the guitar eventually gets ”stuck in a rut,” so to speak, and needs help to getting out. That’s where a skilled teacher comes in. I can move you forward and help you bring freshness and inspiration to your playing.

If you’re just starting out and need direction, my gentle, comprehensive approach will provide you with a way forward.

If you’re a seasoned guitarist who would like to improve your rhythm, solos, or improvisation, my years of experience can make a difference in your playing.

I play a variety of musical styles, including rock, progressive rock, jazz rock, blues, funk, reggae, and folk and am comfortable working with you on any of these.

Teaching one-on-one is my preferred method to ensure that students get my full attention.

Lessons are provided at your home or a predetermined location. They cost $40 per hour with a one-hour minimum.
